Perched at the entrance of the spectacular Bay of Kotor, Mamula Island Hotel is a remarkable transformation of a 19th-century fortress into one of Montenegro’s most exclusive hospitality destinations. Surrounded by the Adriatic Sea, the project combines heritage, contemporary luxury, wellness, art, and gastronomy in an extraordinary island setting.

In collaboration with architect and designer Jean-Pierre HEIM and the HEIM Design team, HEIM Style contributed to the creative development and artistic direction of the hotel’s outdoor furniture concept and guest experience. While HEIM Design led the overall architectural and design vision for the pool, restaurant, deck areas, and public spaces, HEIM Style was responsible for the design, selection, and integration of bespoke outdoor furnishings throughout the property.

From the pool deck lounges to intimate fire pit seating areas and panoramic terraces overlooking the Adriatic, every furniture element was carefully curated to enhance the architectural narrative and create a seamless dialogue between landscape, comfort, and contemporary elegance. The result is a sophisticated outdoor environment that embodies the spirit of luxury island living while celebrating the unique character of Mamula Island.
