Located on the waterfront of Normandy Island, Miami, this contemporary villa is a perfect expression of sophisticated coastal living. Designed by Jean-Pierre HEIM of HEIM Design, the architecture embraces Miami’s vibrant lifestyle through open spaces, abundant natural light, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor environments.

In collaboration with HEIM Style, a complete interior design and furnishing concept was developed to complement the architectural vision. The project focused on the selection and arrangement of contemporary French furniture and bespoke pieces, carefully sourced from France to create a refined and cohesive aesthetic throughout the residence.

The two-story villa features four bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, as well as extensive outdoor amenities including a summer kitchen, barbecue area, swimming pool, and waterfront terraces. Every space was designed to enhance comfort, elegance, and the relaxed luxury that defines Miami living.

The result is a timeless residence where architecture, interior design, and curated furnishings come together to create a harmonious and distinctive living experience.
